Abstract submission

The abstract submission requires 2 steps: 

Step 1: Fill the form below with the required information.

Step 2: Send an email to sacd.researchday@gmail.com with your abstract and the full author list and affiliations using this SACD Research Day template.

Your submission will only be considered if both steps have been completed.

Abstracts can be submitted until 19th October 2025. With the abstract submission, you will be registered for the event automatically, so you do not need to fill out the registration form.

You will be notified until Mid-December 2025 whether your abstract was chosen for a presentation.
